Service Description

From the beginning to the end, this is a complete course. You will start by introducing your dog to truffle scents, and end up six weeks later working a truffle patch to try to find your very own wild truffles. We cover not just dog training: you will also learn the skills you need to find your own truffle patch, cleaning, storing, infusing, and cooking with truffles, truffle etiquette, and local harvest laws. Be sure to sign up for the optional foray the week before class starts to get a good idea of what truffle hunting is all about, and to build some motivation to work through some of the difficult hurdles you are sure to encounter.
